Valentine’s Day is almost here! Do you decorate your home for Valentine’s Day?
I usually don’t, but I wanted to decorate a little this year and try some DIY projects I’ve had in mind.
This project was so simple and cheap! I already had everything I needed on hand, and you just might to!
I’ll show you how I made this simple DIY Valentine’s Day decor that you can make too!
Simple DIY Valentine’s Day Decor
Materials Needed:
Picture frames – assorted sizes without the glass and mat. (Check thrift stores or yard sales – you can get these for as little as $0.25!)
Spray paint – One of my frames was already white, and I painted one red. You could do pink, red, purple, or white for Valentine’s Day.
Twine – I used plain twine, but you could use baker’s twine (Check Dollar Tree’s craft section for baker’s twine in different colors!)
Paper hearts – I used my Cricut machine and cardstock to cut my paper hearts out. You could buy a pack of these, cut them out by hand, or get a heart shaped paper punch if you don’t have a Cricut machine.
Tape – To tape the hearts on the twine and to tape the banner to the frames.
Scissors – To cut your twine and/or the hearts.
