Freezer cooking is a great way to get ahead on dinnertime, so you can save time and money. When you have a busy week ahead, freezer meals are the perfect way to feed your family a great meal with little time.
I have been making freezer meals for about 5 years, and love stocking my freezer with ready to go meals that can be heated up quickly.
These one pan skillet freezer meals were easy and quick to make, and I’m so glad to have them stocked away in our freezer.
One Pan Skillet Freezer Meals to Make Ahead
These freezer meals come together really quickly, so you can stock your freezer with easy meals ready to throw in a skillet and get dinner done in a flash.
I love that these freezer meals cook in one pan, when it’s time to make dinner, so you can focus on just one pan and maybe get some other things done while dinner cooks. And dishes will be such a breeze!

*This plan was made for 2 people, so feel free to double/triple or change up the portions to best fit your family!
One Pan Skillet Freezer Meals:
- Chicken Teriyaki
- Chicken Parmesan
- Stir Fry Kit
Ingredients:
16 small (or 8 large) chicken breasts
2 bottles Soy Sauce
Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Green onion
1 package of broccoli florets
2 large eggs
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 packages frozen stir fry vegetable medley
Directions:
1. Dice 8 chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
2. Divide the chicken pieces evenly into 4 freezer bags.
3. Chop 1/4 cup green onion and divide between 2 bags.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds into the same 2 bags.
5. Divide broccoli florets into the same 2 bags.
6. Add one package of frozen stir fry vegetables to the other 2 bags.
7. Pour enough soy sauce in all 4 bags to lightly coat everything – should be about 1/2 cup – 1 cup.
8. Crack eggs, add a 1/4 cup water, and whisk in a bowl.
9. Add flour, grated parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs to another bowl and mix.
10. Dip remaining 8 chicken breasts (or if you have 4 large – cut in half lengthwise) in egg mixture, then flour mixture.
11. Place in freezer bags (portioned for your family size) and label.
12. Place all bags in the freezer.
That’s it! Make sure everything is labeled and place in the freezer.

To finish the meals:
Chicken Teriyaki – Heat small amount of oil in skillet. Dump everything in skillet and cook until chicken is done. Serve with microwave ready rice.
Chicken Parmesan – Heat small amount of oil in skillet. Cook chicken until done and crispy. Serve with microwave steamable veggies.
Stir Fry Kit – Heat small amount of oil in skillet. Dump everything in skillet and cook until chicken is done. Serve with microwave ready rice.
