A few meal planning tips:
- While you cook dinner, look at your meal plan for the next night and pull out any ingredients from the freezer that need to thaw. You can also get the dry ingredients out and place them on the counter, so you have everything ready to go.
- Write a list of your family’s favorite meals that are quick and easy to make. Use this list to quickly make your meal plan each week.
- Try freezer cooking to have some meals ready to go. You can make several meals at once, or just make double batches every so often and freeze a dinner for later.
