I surprised my husband with this ice cream sandwich dessert this weekend and… he was pretty happy. He loved it! And I loved how easy it was!

Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Ingredients:

Ice Cream Sandwiches – I used 8, but will depend on your pan size

Chocolate Syrup – or other favorite ice cream topping

1 container of Whipped Topping

Reeses – or other favorite candy

Directions:

1. Unwrap and cover bottom of pan with ice cream sandwiches.

   I used a 7″x11″ pan and it took 8 sandwiches. 

2. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the sandwiches. 

3. Spread whipped topping. 

4. Drizzle with more chocolate syrup. 

5. Chop and sprinkle Reese’s candy on top. 

This dessert seriously couldn’t be any easier! I whipped it up in about 10 minutes.

I surprised my husband with it and he loved it! He called it an ice cream lasagna. 🙂
