You’re in luck!
Today, I’ve got a whole week’s meal plan ready for you with a full Aldi grocery shopping list. This plan will feed about 4 people and cost around $80!
Can’t get much better than that!
Easy $80 Weekly Aldi Meal Plan for 4 People
You’ll see pictures of what to buy for each meal, so you know exactly what to buy!
Weekly Meal Plan for 4:
Each day, you’ll see what’s on the menu, what you need to buy, and the food costs as of writing this plan.
Day 1: Pizza Night
Here’s what you’ll need to buy:
Pizza $6.99
Take & Bake Breadsticks $4.85
Garden Salad Kit $1.99
Total Cost = $13.83
*You may need to add salad dressing if you don’t have any on hand or an additional pizza depending on your family size.
Day 2: Nachos
Here’s what you need to buy:
1 lb ground beef $4.39 (Buy a 2 lb package to split between day 2 and 4)
Tortilla chips $2.19
Shredded cheese $2.09
Taco seasoning packet $0.49
Shredded lettuce $2.09
Total cost = $11.25
Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add the taco seasoning packet mixed with water per directions on package. Top chips with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and lettuce.
*Add additional toppings like beans, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes, etc. if you wish.
Day 3: Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Here’s what you’ll need to buy:
Hawaiian rolls $2.75
Chicken breasts (use 1/2 pack which should be about 3 breasts) about $5.75
Hot sauce $2.35
Ranch dressing $2.15
Steamable corn $0.96
Total cost = $13.96
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker with 1/2 cup – 1 cup of hot sauce (depending on your preference). Let cook on low for 8 hours and shred. Place on Hawaiian rolls with ranch dressing. Steam corn and serve on the side.
Day 4: Spaghetti
Here’s what you need to buy:
1 lb beef $4.39
Spaghetti noodles $2.09
Pasta sauce $1.75
Garlic Knots $3.19
Total cost = $11.42
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Cook desired amount of spaghetti noodles. Add pasta sauce to beef and top over noodles. Cook garlic knots and serve on the side.
Day 5: Chicken and Broccoli
Here’s what you need to buy:
3 Chicken breasts (other 1/2 of pack from day 3) $5.75
Frozen Broccoli Bake $4.99
Seasoning of choice $1.09
Total cost = $11.83
Dice and grill the chicken breasts with seasoning of choice. Cook frozen broccoli bake. Serve chicken with broccoli.
Day 6: Pork Roast
Here’s what you need to buy:
Pork Shoulder Roast – BBQ seasoned (2 lb) $4.78
Sweet potatoes $1.47 (3 lb bag)
Green Beans (can) $0.49
Total cost = $6.74
Cook pork shoulder roast according to package directions. Bake sweet potatoes and warm green beans.
Day 7: Beef Stew
Here’s what you need to buy:
Beef Stew Meal Kit $8.99
Total Cost = $8.99
Cook meal kit according to package directions.
Dessert: Brownies
Brownie mix $1.19
Total for all 7 meals + dessert = $79.21
