One Week Slow Cooker Meal Plan
Sunday: Beef Roast with carrots and potatoes
Add a roast (or stew meat), baby carrots, chopped and peeled potatoes, a roast or stew seasoning packet, and a few cups of water to the slow cooker in the morning, and let it cook all day.
Monday: Chicken Tacos with chips and salsa
Add chicken breasts, taco seasoning, and some water to the slow cooker in the morning. Then shred and set up a simple taco bar.
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken with vegetables and rolls
Add chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, and a little water to the slow cooker. You can shred this and make sandwiches, or serve alone with sides.
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin with salad and vegetables
Add a pork tenderloin with your favorite seasonings (or grab a seasoning packet) and a little water to the slow cooker. Serve with a salad and vegetables.
Thursday: Chili with favorite toppings
Chili is one of my favorite slow cooker meals! Add lightly browned meat, beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and your favorite seasonings (or a seasoning packet) and let it cook all day.
Friday: Buffalo Chicken Wings with potatoes and veggies with dip
Load up the slow cooker with chicken wings and your favorite buffalo sauce and a little water. So easy and yummy!
Saturday: Pork BBQ on sandwiches with chips and fruit
Add a pork roast or Boston butt to the slow cooker with a can of soda and let it cook all day. After it’s easy to shred, remove the fat and shred the meat and add BBQ sauce.
