These are my favorite quick and easy freezer meals for beginners. You can make several of these at once and stock your freezer, or make a double batch for dinner and freeze one for later.

1. Taco Meat
You can quickly make taco meat and freeze it to thaw and reheat for a super quick meal.
2. Burger and Slider Patties
Make burger and slider patties and freeze in portions for your family size. Then, just thaw and grill for a quick burger night.
3. Spaghetti Sauce
Make a big batch of your favorite spaghetti sauce, and freeze in portions for your family size.
4. Chili
Use your slow cooker to make a big batch of chili for dinner, and freeze the leftovers for another quick meal.
5. Chicken with Marinades
These are my favorite super quick and easy freezer meals to make. Buy a large amount of chicken when you see a great stock up price, and make chicken marinade freezer bags.
Just place the raw chicken in a freezer bag with your favorite marinades. Then, just thaw in the fridge overnight and cook in the slow cooker, in the skillet, grill, or cook in the oven for a quick no-fuss dinner.

- Teriyaki sauce + stir fry vegetables
- BBQ sauce
- Chili sauce
- Honey Mustard + red pepper flakes
- Italian dressing
- Breadcrumbs + ranch seasoning
- Taco seasoning
- Fajita seasoning + diced peppers

6. Soups
Make a big batch of your favorite soup and freeze. If you struggle with eating out at lunch, soup can be a great thing to grab and take for lunch.

7. Breakfast items
Don’t forget about breakfast! You can make your breakfast for the week on the weekends, so you can get a filling breakfast and skip the drive thru.
Make breakfast burritos with tortillas, cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
Or, breakfast sandwiches with English muffins, sausage patties, and cheese.

8. Shredded Chicken
Shredded chicken is a great thing to have ready to go in the freezer. You can add it to tacos, salads, nachos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, and more.
Boil or cook the chicken in the slow cooker, shred in your mixer, and freeze.
9. Pulled Pork
Cook a pork roast in the slow cooker on low with a can of root beer or Dr. Pepper, then remove the fat and liquid, add BBQ sauce and shred.
This makes a great dinner, and the leftovers can be frozen for quick BBQ sandwiches on busy nights.
10. Casseroles
There are so many casseroles that are quick, easy, and have just a few ingredients. You can make a few at a time and use disposable foil pans for a no-mess cleanup.
Prepare the casserole as you normally would, and freeze before baking. Write the baking directions on the lid. I like to thaw my casseroles overnight in the fridge, and then just put them in the oven, and toss the pan after dinner.

Making freezer meals doesn’t have to take a lot of time. But, having these ready to go meals in the freezer will save you a lot of time on busy week nights.

I love making freezer meals to help save time and money. We like to eat at home as much as possible to save money and enjoy more time together, and having these ready to go freezer meals really makes it so much easier.
