Here’s how I like to use my hourly planner printable:
- Make a list of everything I would like to get done that day.
- Schedule in anything I have going on (appointments, lunch, etc.)
- Write in tasks from my to do list (giving myself ample time).
- Add in household chores/tasks that need to be completed.
- Write my menu for the day.
- Add in my top 3 things I need to get done (priorities!).
- Keep the rest of my to do list for the next day.
