How does MyFreezEasy work?
MyFreezEasy is really simple to use and to get started making easy, budget friendly freezer meals.
Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up for MyFreezEasy here.
You can sign up for a monthly, quarterly, or annual membership.
Go here and pick the plan that works best for you.
2. Choose from the month’s meal plans.
Each month, there are pre-loaded freezer meal plans you can choose from. These are the fastest way to get started making freezer meals.
You can choose from a specific type of meat, traditional meals, slow cooker meals, Instant Pot meals, or specific diets.
Pick the meal plan that looks the best to you (or pick a few!), and download the meal plan.
You’ll get a ready to print or download meal plan with the recipes, a grocery shopping list (organized by recipe and store sections) and a freezer meal assembly plan to follow.
3. Or, build your own freezer meal plan.
If you want to choose your own freezer meals, you can do that, too.
You just search through the different categories (meat, slow cooker, different diets, etc.) and choose the meals you want to make.
Then, choose your serving size for each meal and build your own custom freezer meal plan with a downloadable plan to follow built just for you.
4. Follow the freezer meal plan and stock your freezer.
Once you choose your freezer meal plan or build your own custom plan, just follow the ready to go instructions to make the easy meals for your freezer.
