- Get the free app here + $5 when you upload your first receipt!
- Link your store loyalty cards. (so you don’t have to take pictures of your receipts)
- Browse through offers at stores you shop at.
- Add offers to your account.
- Submit your receipt after shopping (if you didn’t link your loyalty card).
- Withdraw cash or gift cards once you earn $20.
That’s it! It’s so easy to use and earn free gift cards.

I love to send the money to my PayPal account. You can send it to PayPal, Venmo, or get a gift card to many different retailers.

2. Save on gifts
Get cash back when buying gifts when you shop through the Ibotta app.
You can shop at many popular stores, like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Etsy, Amazon, and many more.
3. Save on household items
Use the Ibotta app to save on household items like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.
Just select the store you will be shopping at, find the offers you plan to purchase, and upload your receipt.
4. Save on date nights
Date nights are so fun, but don’t have to be so expensive. Use the Ibotta app to grab a Groupon for a new restaurant or fun attraction, and get cash back.

Right now, Ibotta is offering a $20 gift card when you sign up for Amazon Prime through the Ibotta app. I’m not sure how long this deal will be on Ibotta.

It’s hard to find great deals on travel, but Ibotta has some great cash back deals at many travel retailers.
Find travel deals by tapping Find Offers, then the travel category. You can get cash back on hotels, flights, and more!

7. Save on home and electronics
Get cash back on home and electronics through the Ibotta app. You can shop at Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, World Market, Big Lots, and more.
The items are pretty selective, but it’s worth checking out before making a purchase.
8. Save on Target shopping sprees
Because, who doesn’t love Target?! Get cash back when you shop through the Ibotta app. (Currently 1%, but that can add up quickly!)
9. Save on clothes
Online clothes shopping is so much better than going to the stores in my opinion. So, why not shop through the Ibotta app and get cash back to buy more clothes (or save!).

Currently Ibotta doesn’t offer cash back on too many different restaurants, but every now and then they have great offers. Check your emails and the restaurant category. Right now, I see an Olive Garden offer.

Because, seriously where else can you save money on beer? Ibotta almost always has cash back offers on wine, beer, and spirits. And the deals can be up to $5 cash back!
14. Bonuses!
Ibotta regularly has bonus offers, like if you redeem so many offers, you get a bonus. Or, a back to school offer where you get $5 cash back for redeeming a certain offer.
15. Refer friends!
Once you start earning free cash back and gift cards, you will want to tell all your friends! And you especially will want to because you can earn referral credit.
Right now, you get $3 added to your Ibotta account for each friend that signs up through your link and redeems an offer.
