Note: This project took a lot more ribbon than I was anticipating, so I would recommend ordering bulk ribbon to get a better price. Check out these options: Red Ribbon, Red Gingham Ribbon, White Lace RibbonMaterials Needed:
Navy with white stars fabric Red, white, and cream ribbon – about 30 yards total Hot glue gun and glue sticks ScissorsDirections:
- Cut your star fabric into a 10″x12″ rectangle.
- Measure and cut ribbons at 3′ for the right (longer side).
- Cut ribbons at #” for the left (shorter side) under the stars. I had some leftover pieces that I still used, even though they were shorter.
- Hot glue the hanging ribbons and star fabric to the back of the top horizontal ribbon.
- Add additional ribbons to the front if you wish.
